Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Handle all aspects of contracting logistics, from corresponding with clients to secure signed contracts, ensuring timely payments, and managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Financial Operations: Oversee payroll processing, bill payments, and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Purchasing Oversight: Manage the procurement process, including negotiating with suppliers and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support operational needs.
- Financial Optimization: Maintain and optimize our QuickBooks Online accounts, ensuring all financial data is organized and up-to-date, and providing strategic insights based on financial analysis.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in financial management or as an accounting manager.
