At Klassic Sound and Stage, we’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to oversee our accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Handle all aspects of contracting logistics, from corresponding with clients to secure signed contracts, ensuring timely payments, and managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Financial Operations: Oversee payroll processing, bill payments, and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
  • Purchasing Oversight: Manage the procurement process, including negotiating with suppliers and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support operational needs.
  • Financial Optimization: Maintain and optimize our QuickBooks Online accounts, ensuring all financial data is organized and up-to-date, and providing strategic insights based on financial analysis.


What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in financial management or as an accounting manager.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of financial management.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently.
