Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
