JBL VRX 900 Series Constant Curvature Array Speaker

The VRX932LA Constant Curvature Line Array delivers extraordinary power handling, clarity and flexibility. The speakers compact 12″ two-way line array speaker system designed for use in arrays of up to six units is the ideal choice when line-array performance is needed but the venue size doesn’t call for larger line-arrays.

Two VRX932LAs may also be used on a tripod stand or over the VRX918s sub-woofer on the speaker pole mount. The integral rigging hardware is used to securely lock the array together.

The VRX918S is a compact, high power suspendable subwoofer system containing a 18″ woofer in a front-loaded, vented enclosure. The VRX918S was designed specifically for use in arrays with the VRX932LA Line Array speaker and VRX-AF Array Frame. In addition it may also be used in arrays consisting entirely of VRX918S subwoofers.

The subwoofer is also equipped with a top-mounted, threaded, 20 mm socket that can receive the optional SS4-BK pole. This adjustable height pole can be used to mount speakers equipped with standard 35 mm pole sockets and weighing up to 50 kg (100 lb). The enclosure is constructed of top quality birch plywood, coated in JBL’s rugged DuraFlex™ finish and is heavily braced to maximize low frequency performance.

The VRX915M is a compact 15″ two way touring-class floor monitor. The patented Differential Drive woofer handles 800 continuous watts with its aluminum horn to provide smooth and clear high frequency reproduction, critical for high performance monitoring.

The speaker enclosure is constructed of top quality Baltic birch plywood and is coated in JBL’s rugged DuraFlex finish. It is a symmetrical 30° wedge design, with four non-slip rubber feet per side enabling convenient left and right applications of adjacent monitors. Alongside the NL4 input connector in one of the handle cups, Bi-amp or full-range passive operation may be selected. An additional NL4 connector is mounted in the other handle cup for a convenient loop-thru connection, minimizing cable runs on stage.
